Soft n Stretchy!
6'3" 220/lbs - XL Cords are funny - some folks love em, some folks can't stand em. I like the way they feel but what I don't like about cords is they're kinda warm, so limits them to colder seasons, and really, none of my cords stretch. These do, and I love that. I like the dressed down elastic waist/tie strings. These are a great slim but not skinny fit and long enough to not be wearing joggers, while also no bunching up at the both.

Soft and comfortable
These pants are the best. They can be worn with a tshirt and flip flops or with a button down and sneakers/ loafers. They have the comfort of a jogging pant.
