 <li>With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, have a friend or partner assist you by marking the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.</li>
 <li>Once the marks are recorded, step off the paper and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between the two points. This measurement represents the length of the foot.</li>
 <li>Repeat the process with the other foot. Please note that it is common for one foot to be slightly different length than the other.</li>

First of all they are SOFT! The waistband is high and soft with the tiniest compression.  The placement of the tie is perfect and helps keep the leggings from slipping without too much pressure on the midsection.  Pockets (not sure how I existed before leggings pockets), and tall sizing.  I cant help but feel loyal to brands who acknowledge tall women exist.  The fabric is very soft without much compression and perfect coverage no matter the activity.  The fit is the most comfortable and true to size (5'9", @140, and typically small tall in leggings). I bought two pairs and will be back for more.  :)
